Vesta is a web-based Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis tool. It allows registered users to create, manage, and analyse decision projects. The service is provided free of charge and without any guarantees of uptime or continued availability.

3. Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use Vesta. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the projects and data you create in Vesta. By using the service you grant Vesta the right to store and process that data solely to provide the service to you.

You agree not to use Vesta to store or process unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

5. User-generated content

Vesta hosts content created by users, including project names, descriptions, criteria, alternatives, and any other data entered into the service ("User Content"). Vesta does not claim ownership of User Content and does not review, endorse, or take responsibility for any User Content submitted by users.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any content you submit. Vesta acts solely as a passive host and is not liable for any User Content, including content that may be inaccurate, offensive, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable.

Vesta reserves the right to remove User Content that violates these terms or applicable law, though it has no obligation to monitor or review all User Content. To report content you believe violates these terms, use the abuse report form.

6. AI features

Vesta includes optional AI-assisted features. AI-generated suggestions are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions made using the tool.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Vesta is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vesta and its authors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
